You can visit our websites without providing us with information about your identity. Each time you visit one of our websites, the web server only automatically saves a so-called server log file, which, e.g., contains the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of the visit, the amount of data transmitted and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the visit.

Why do we collect these data?

These access data are stored exclusively to ensure the smooth operation of the site and to improve the range of services we offer. This serves to safeguard our major legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offering.

For how long will the data be stored?

All access data will be deleted not later than 31 days from the end of your visit to our site.

IV. Hosting services provided by a third party

As part of processing on our behalf, a third party provider provides us with hosting and website presentation services. All data collected in the context of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below are processed on its servers.

 V. Personal data in the ordering process

We collect personal data if you disclose them to us when placing an order or when you contact us (e.g. via our contact form or by email). Mandatory fields are marked as such, since in these cases we require the data for contract processing or for processing your contact inquiry and you cannot complete the order or send the contact inquiry without providing such data. Which data is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

Why do we collect these data?

We use the data provided by you to process contracts and your enquiries.

For how long will the data be stored?

After the complete handling of the contract, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of any tax-related and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use these data beyond this period in a way permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect these data themselves if you create an account there. In this case, you must log in to the payment service provider with your access data during the ordering process. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies in this respect:

https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

https://www.klarna.com/sofort/datenschutz/

Prior to this, the IP address will be transmitted, which is used by Sovendus exclusively for data security purposes and, as a rule, is made anonymous after seven days. We also transmit pseudonymised order numbers, order values with currency, session IDs, voucher codes and time stamps to Sovendus for billing purposes. Google

Google AdWords & Conversion Tracking

We use Google Adwords to draw attention to our attractive offers with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google Adwords) on external websites. In relation to the advertising campaign's data, we can determine how successful the individual advertising measures are. We do this in order to show you advertising that is of interest to you, to make our website more attractive to you and to achieve a fairer calculation of advertising costs.

These advertising materials are provided by Google via so-called "ad servers". For this purpose, we use ad server cookies, with which certain parameters can be used to measure success, such as the views or user clicks. If you are redirected to our website via a Google ad, then Google Adwords saves a cookie on your computer. These cookies generally become invalid after 30 days and are not used to identify you personally. As a rule, these cookies save analytic data such as the unique cookie ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) as well as opt-out information (markers that indicate that the user does not want to be solicited).

These cookies allow Google to recognise your Internet browser. If a user visits a specific web page of an AdWords client and the cookie saved on the user's computer is still valid, then both Google and the client can see that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this website. Every AdWords client is allocated a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be traced back through the websites of AdWords clients. We do not collect and process personal data in the framework of the advertising measures mentioned. Google only provides us with statistical analyses. On the basis of these analyses, we can recognise which of the advertising materials used are particularly effective. We do not receive further data from the use of advertising materials. In particular, we are not able to identify the user on the basis of this information.

Because of the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with a Google server. We have no influence on the extent and further usage of the data collected by Google using this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: The integration of AdWords Conversion gives Google the information that you have clicked on a specific section of our Internet presence or an ad. If you are registered with a Google service, then Google can allocate this visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is still possible that the provider can see your IP address and save it.

You can prevent this kind of tracking in several ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, especially by rejecting third-party cookies, which ensures that you do not receive ads from third parties; b) by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com" are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating interest-based ads from providers that are part of the self-regulation "About Ads" campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanent deactivation in Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome at the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR. Further information about data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google is also subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Google Remarketing

In addition to Adwords Conversion, we use the Google Remarketing application. This is a process we use to contact you again. This application allows you to see our advertisements after visiting our website when you continue to use the Internet. This is done by means of cookies stored in your browser, which are used by Google to record and evaluate your usage behaviour when you visit various websites. This is how Google can identify your previous visit to our website. According to Google's own statements, Google does not merge the data collected in the context of remarketing with your personal data, which may be stored by Google. According to Google, pseudonymisation is used for remarketing.

Google DoubleClick

This website uses the online marketing tool DoubleClick by Google. DoubleClick uses cookies to display ads relevant to users, improve campaign performance reports, or to prevent a user from seeing the same ads more than once. Google uses a cookie ID to track which ads are displayed in which browser and to prevent them from being displayed more than once. In addition, DoubleClick may use cookie IDs to collect conversions related to ad requests. This is the case, for example, when a user sees a DoubleClick ad and later visits the advertiser's website via the same browser and buys something there. According to Google, DoubleClick cookies do not contain any personal information.

Because of the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with a Google server. We have no influence on the extent and further usage of the data collected by Google using this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: The integration of DoubleClick gives Google the information that you have clicked on a specific section of our Internet presence or an ad. If you are registered with a Google service, then Google can allocate this visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is still possible that the provider can see your IP address and save it.

You can prevent this kind of tracking in various ways: a) by setting your browser software accordingly, especially by rejecting third-party cookies, which ensures that you do not receive ads from third parties; b) by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser so that cookies from the domain "www.googleadservices.com" are blocked, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; c) by deactivating interest-based ads from providers that are part of the self-regulation "About Ads" campaign via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies; d) by permanent deactivation in Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome at the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note, however, that in this case you may not be able to use all the features of this website to their full extent.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR. You can find further information about DoubleClick by Google at https://www.google.de/doubleclick and http://support.google.com/adsense/answer/2839090, and general information about Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Alternatively, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) website at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google is also subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Google Maps

On this website, we use services provided by Google Maps. This allows us to show you interactive maps as part of the website and enables the convenient use of the map function.

When you visit the website, Google receives information that you have accessed the relevant sub-page of our website. The data specified in section III of this privacy notice will also be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether Google provides a user account into which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be associated directly with your account. If you do not want the data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button. Google stores your data as user profiles and uses the data for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the customisation of its website. Data (including data of users who are not logged in) are for example evaluated in this way to provide custom advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your use of our website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles; if you intend to exercise this right, please contact Google.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider is available in the privacy policy of the provider. These also contain further information about your rights and your settings options for the protection of your private sphere: http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the US and has agreed to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

YouTube

We have integrated YouTube-Videos into our websites, which are stored on http://www.YouTube.com and can be played directly from our website. All videos have been integrated in the “enhanced data protection mode”, which means that no data about you as a user will be transferred to YouTube if you do not play the videos. The data stated in section III will only be transferred if you play the videos. We have no control over such a transfer of data.

When you visit the website, YouTube receives information that you have accessed the relevant sub-page of our website. The data stated under § 3 of this declaration will also be transmitted. This happens regardless of whether YouTube provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be associated directly with your account. If you do not want the data to be associated with your YouTube profile, you must log out before activating the button. YouTube stores your data as user profiles and uses the data for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or the customisation of its website. Data (including data of users who are not logged in) are for example evaluated in this way to provide custom advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your use of our website. You have the right to object to the creation of such user profiles; if you intend to exercise this right, please contact YouTube.

Further information on the purpose and scope of the data collection and its processing by YouTube is provided in the privacy policy. This also contains further information about your rights and your settings options for the protection of your private sphere: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the US and has agreed to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.

Microsoft

Our websites also use Conversion Tracking provided by Microsoft (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA). Microsoft Bing Ads places a cookie on your computer when if you reach our website via a Microsoft Bing advertisement. In this way, Microsoft Bing and we can see that someone has clicked on an ad, has been redirected to our website and has reached a previously defined landing page (conversion page). We are only informed of the total number of users who clicked on a Bing ad and were referred to the conversion page. No personal information about the identity of the user will be communicated. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the setting of a cookie required for this - for example using a browser setting that generally deactivates the automatic setting of cookies. For more information about Microsoft Bing's privacy policy and about the cookies used, visit the Microsoft website: https://privacy.microsoft.com/de-de/privacystatement

Criteo

Our webpages and online services use the technology provided by Criteo (Criteo GmbH, Unterer Anger 3, 80331 Munich) to collect information about the browsing behaviour of website users for marketing purposes in anonymised form, and place cookies for this purpose.

Criteo can analyse the browsing behaviour and then display targeted product recommendations as a suitable advertising banner when other websites are visited. Under no circumstances can the anonymised data be used to personally identify the website visitor. The data collected by Criteo will only be used to improve the advertising offerings. On the bottom right of each displayed banner there is a small "i" (for information), which opens on mouse-over and leads to a page where the system is explained and an opt-out is offered. When you click on Opt-out, an "Opt-out" cookie is set, which will prevent these banners from being displayed in the future. In addition, you can set the "Opt-out" cookie at the following link: https://info.criteo.com/privacy

There is no other use or transmission of data to third parties.

You can obtain more information from Criteo at https://www.criteo.com/de/privacy/ and object to the anonymous analysis of your browsing behaviour.

Facebook

In addition, the website uses the remarketing function "Custom Audiences" by Facebook Inc. ("Facebook"). This allows users of the website to see interest-based advertisements ("Facebook ads") when visiting the social network Facebook or other websites that also use the process. We do this in order to show you advertising that is of interest to you and to make our website more attractive to you.

Because of the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with a Facebook server. We have no influence on the extent and further use of the data collected by Facebook through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: The integration of Facebook Custom Audiences gives Facebook the information that you have visited the corresponding page of our web presence or that you have clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Facebook service, then Facebook can allocate this visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or are not logged in, it is still possible that the provider can see your IP address as well as other identifying features as well as save this data.

Users logged in can deactivate the function "Facebook Custom Audiences" at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 point (f) GDPR. For further information about the data processing by Facebook visit https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.

Affilinet

As part of profiling tracking, affilinet GmbH and its affiliated advertising and technology partners store information about access to product or category pages. This serves for the targeted delivery of advertising materials which can be of greater interest to you than non-targeted advertising. For further details and information about setting an "Opt-out" cookie are available at https://modules.affili.net/Consent/de/Program/8356.

Akanoo

Within the scope of our legitimate interests in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offering, we use Akanoo, a web analysis service of Akanoo GmbH, Mittelweg 121, 20148 Hamburg, in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR. Akanoo uses "cookies", which are text files stored on your computer and enable an analysis of how you use our website. The information generated by Akanoo cookies is transferred to a server of Akanoo GmbH in Germany and stored there. Akanoo uses this information on our behalf to track and evaluate your visitor behaviour on the website through an anonymous user profile and to provide us with other analysis and optimisation services related to website and Internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser using Akanoo is shortened before it is saved, so that it is not possible to directly identify a specific person. Your anonymised user profile will under no circumstances be merged with your personal data. The data will be erased as soon as the underlying purpose of the legitimate interest ceases to exist and there are no legal obligations to retain data.

There is no further use of personal data by Akanoo due to anonymisation and the resulting lack of personal reference.

You can prevent Akanoo GmbH from collecting the data generated by Akanoo cookies and related to your use of the website and from the processing of these data by Akanoo GmbH at any time by removing the stored cookie in the settings of your browser software. You can prevent the storage of Akanoo cookies by changing the settings of your browser software ("do-not-track").

Salesforce Marketing Cloud

To optimise our marketing activities, we use the marketing cloud of salesforce.com EMEA Limited, village 9, floor 26 Salesforce Tower, 110 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AY, United Kingdom. In this context, data (activity data from emails via our online channels, e.g. data on the page accessed, the page history, the device used, the approximate location and data for pseudonymous identification of the user profile), are collected, stored and used to adapt our range of offers (products, website, newsletter) to you. Since Salesforce is an international company headquartered in the United States, the possibility that your data may be transferred to the USA cannot be excluded. Salesforce is listed under the EU-US Privacy Shield and guarantees that your data will also be adequately protected in the USA. By using our website, you consent to this use of your data.

Of course, you can object to the collection, storage, and use of your data in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud at any time with effect for the future at shop@seidensticker.com.

X. Use of website analysis services

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics uses "cookies", small text files that are stored on your computer which enable an analysis of how you use our website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on the website activities, and to provide other services relating to the use of the website and the internet to the website operator.

The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data from Google.

By changing your browser settings accordingly, you may prevent cookies from being stored; however, we point out that you may not have full access to all website functions in this case. You may also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

This website uses Google Analytics with the extension "_anonymizeIp ()". As a result, IP addresses are processed in shortened form, thereby excluding the possibility of personal identification. Insofar as the data collected about your person is assigned a personal reference, it will be immediately excluded and the personal data will be deleted immediately.

We use Google Analytics to analyse the use of our website and to make regular improvements to it. With the statistics that we obtain, we can improve our website and make it more attractive to you as the user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data are transferred to the USA, Google has agreed to comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is the first sentence of Art. 6 (1) point (f) GDPR.

econda

For the demand-oriented design and optimisation of this website, anonymised data are collected and stored by solutions and technologies of econda GmbH, and user profiles are created from these data using pseudonyms. For this purpose, cookies may be used, which enable the recognition of an internet browser. However, user profiles are not merged with data about the holder of the pseudonym without the express consent of the visitor. In particular, IP addresses are made unrecognisable immediately after receipt, which makes it impossible to assign user profiles to IP addresses. The analysis of user behaviour is based on Art. 6 (1) point (f) of the GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the anonymised analysis of the user behaviour in order to optimise both their website and their advertisements. Visitors to this website may object to this data collection and storage at any time with effect for the future by clicking on the link shown below. The objection applies only to the device and the web browser on which it was set; please repeat the procedure on all devices if necessary. If you delete the opt-out cookie, requests are again sent to econda.
